How to brew Japanese tea

1. In order to cool off the temperature of the boiled water, pour it into each teacup. (You will be able to know the total amount of necessary hot water.)
2. Insert the tea leaves into the teapot (2g/cup).
3. Pour back the hot water from the teacups to the teapot slowly. Let the tea infuse for about one minute and wait for the tea leaves to open. When the leaves are open, pour back the tea to the teacups evenly.
4. When serving several cups of tea, pour a little into each teacup alternately so the richer tea at the bottom of the pot will be distributed evenly between all cups.
5. Pour until not a single drop is left in the pot. By doing this, you will be able to enjoy the second and third infusion.
